HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Cuddle Pups partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products.
This means that your order is shipped from global areas like Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. All orders come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee - love your purchase, or we'll give you a full replacement (or refund).
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
 
Can I Change My Order After I've Placed It?

If you would like to change the details of your order, or have accidentally given incorrect shipment details, please contact us as soon as you can, and if we haven't yet shipped your order we can change the details for you no problem!

I Received A Faulty/Incorrect Item - What Can I Do?

In the rare event that your order is incorrect or faulty/damaged when received, please let us know as soon as you can and we will happily send out a replacement or issue a refund - whichever best fits your needs.
